To ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, we are requiring every client to take the following precautions:

  • Plan ahead for your appointment - Schedule your service by 8 pm the day before.

  • Arrive alone - unless you are a caregiver or accompanying a minor. 

  • When you arrive: Wait in your vehicle, alert us you have arrived & wait for us to let you know it is time to come in. This ensures that we don’t have too many people in the reception area at one time.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time. New clients will fill out their client intake form online for submission along with a covid screening. If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service.

  • Wear a face mask - or facial covering over your nose and mouth.

  • Allow our staff to do a health screening - upon arrival – including taking your temperature with a no-touch infrared thermometer.

  • Wash your hands  - before and after the service session.

  • The same 24-hour notice cancellation policy is still in place. Please contact us if you feel any signs of illness and we will reschedule your appointment after 14 days.

  • Please have gratuity in cash - to give to your practitioner. We still accept cash or credit card payments for your service.

  • Sadly, no handshakes or hugs - We hope this changes soon!

Spa Cleanliness

In addition to our standard practices, we’re taking extra measures for your protection when you come to the studio.

We have always...

  • Booked by appointment only, no walk-ins.

  • Spaced our appointments at least 30 minutes apart.

  • Washed our hands to our elbows before and after every service session.

  • Provided fresh, clean linens, towels, and face-cradle coverings for each client.

  • Wiped down commonly-used surface areas.

  • Deep-cleaned the space on a regular basis.

  • Required Medical intake forms, prior to appointment times.

  • Emailed medical intake forms, prior to appointment times.

And we will now also...

  • Wear masks/face coverings before, during, and after every session.

  • Disinfect and clean every door handle and surface area in the treatment room, restroom and community space before and after each client’s session.

  • Sanitize our hands immediately before and after every service session.

  • Require all staff to take their temperature and complete a “wellness check-in” before working on clients.

  • Increase the frequency with which the entire studio is deep-cleaned.
