Massage Enhancements

Take your bodywork session to another level by selecting one or more enhancements:

  • Cupping: Creates suction using plastic and silicone cups to manipulate the soft tissue and muscles, relieving tightness and inflammation, improving range of motion, and softening those stubborn knots.

  • Reflexology: Stimulates the pressure points on the feet and hands to alleviate aches and pains, increase energy, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and aid balance.

  • Stretching: Focuses on stretching specific muscle groups to improve range of motion and flexibility, increase power and endurance, and promote faster recovery time.

  • Aromatherapy: Add fragrant oils extracted from herbs, flowers, and fruits to heighten the sensory experience of any massage.

  • Hot Stones: Combine extra warmth and relaxation with the health benefits of massage.

  • Foot / Back Scrub: Incorporate a salt/sugar-based body scrub to gently exfoliate, moisturize, and smooth your skin.
