Cancellation Policy​

At Perfectly Kneaded, we understand that life is unpredictable and we do our best to accommodate client schedule changes. However, should you arrive late or need to cancel an appointment, please note the following:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
   

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
   

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. The client is still responsible for the full cost of the service.
