Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does the membership cost?
A: Membership is $100 a month, which includes (1) 60-minute massage.


Q: How long am I "locked in" to the membership?
A: We require a 3-month commitment, after which your membership will continue unless you request a pause or cancelation.
 

Q: What is the difference between pausing and canceling?
A: If you choose to pause your membership, the system requires a restart date (you can change this date as you'd like.) If you cancel, we will end your membership with no restart date.
 

Q: Will I lose my massage vouchers if I cancel my membership?
A: Your massage vouchers expire after 90 days, so you can use them within that timeframe even if you have canceled your membership.
 

Q: What if I want more than one massage in a month?
A: If you would like more than one massage a month on a regular basis, we recommend having more than one membership to get the best rate. Otherwise, you will automatically receive 15% off everything additional to your monthly 60-minute massage.
 

Q: Can I share my membership with other family members?
A: Yes, you can share your massage vouchers (and 15% off for additional services) with your loved ones at home. Simply book your regular membership massage (online or with us directly) under your name and we will apply your voucher at checkout.
 

Q: What if I want a 90-minute massage instead of 60 minutes? Or want to add an enhancement to my monthly membership massage?
A: We will apply your voucher for a 60-minute massage at checkout, at which time you can pay the balance for the additional time and/or enhancements (with the 15% off).
